Job summary

NH Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern to learn how attention to detail, teamwork, and high standards shape the guest experience across our hotels and resorts. You will support daily operations, assist in delivering high standards, and collaborate with teams to ensure rooms and public areas are presented thoughtfully.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an educational program, possess strong English communication skills, and are eager to contribute to guest satisfaction

• Active enrollment in an educational institution during the internship period.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and quality checks of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist the Housekeeping team in delivering consistently high standards.
• Help ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented and prepared thoughtfully.
• Engage with guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments for a seamless experience.
• Support stock management and organize daily activity details.
• Learn NH Collection quality standards and how they are maintained and improved.
• Share ideas to enhance daily operations and guest experience.
