Hunkemöller B.V. is offering an internship in the Netherlands focused on content creation and internal communications. You will produce visual and written content for internal channels and assist with marketing campaigns and staff communications globally.

You will develop activations, events, and digital engagement initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, and you will work 40 hours per week for five months starting September 2026.

• You have a hands‑on mentality and are not afraid to work with different internal stakeholders.
• You can be creative and can write in a fun and attractive tone of voice.
• Your way of working can be described as proactive and precise whilst delivering your workload on time.
• You know, or want to learn, how to set priorities.
• Fluent in both English and Dutch.
• Interest in the retail industry.
• You’re available for 40 hours/week to work.

• Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

• For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026.
• Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
• To comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply: You are an EU citizen, You are on a Family/Partner visa, or You are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third‑party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
