Hunkemöller B.V. offers a transformative internship in Buying focusing on sample management, fittings preparation, and day-to-day buying activities.
You will collaborate closely with the Buying assistant and ecommerce team, gaining hands-on experience in sample handling, data preparation, and project coordination. The program includes an assigned buddy, a structured learning path, and a generous internship allowance plus travel support.

Working from Home. As this internship is highly operational and hands‑on, with a strong focus on sample management, fitting preparation, and supporting day‑to‑day buying activities, regular office presence is important. For the Buying team, we would like to set the expectation of one working‑from‑home day per week, depending on business and team requirements.
Full‑Time Commitment. We would also like to emphasize that this is a full‑time internship. Candidates should carefully consider the time commitment alongside their studies and ensure they can fully commit to the placement. We understand that school remains an important part of the internship, so we would like expectations around availability to be clear from the start.
Travel Commitment. Travel has also been a recurring topic during internships. We would like applicants, particularly those travelling from Rotterdam or other locations further from Hilversum, to carefully consider the commute before accepting the role. Regular office attendance is an important part of the learning experience and of supporting the team effectively.

Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40‑hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 1 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
