Job summary

Hunkemöller invites you to join the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) starting February 2027, joining 50+ fellow interns. You’ll onboard monthly assortments, collect content for marketing, analyze sales data and spot opportunities with partners like ASOS.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and strong interest/knowledge in E‑Commerce.
• Finished the first semesters of HBO/Bachelors/Masters studies (3rd or 4th year).
• Familiar with Excel and basic data handling.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to prioritise workload with good organisational skills and eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal communication with colleagues and partners.
• Highly motivated to learn and develop.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week for internship tasks (max 1 day for school commitments).

Responsibilities

• Onboard monthly assortments on marketplace and concession partners (e.g., ASOS).
• Collect content for marketing activities reaching millions.
• Analyze sales data and present findings to the team.
• Identify trading opportunities in season to grow the business.
• Live-check product presentation (sitescrub) and review competitors.
• Update brand shops for partners Amazon and Zalando.
• Create infographics to improve customer journey on partner platforms.

What will you do?

• Onboarding monthly assortments on our marketplace and concession partners like ASOS
• Collecting content for marketing activities that will reach millions
• Analyzing sales data and presenting this to the team
• Identifying trading opportunities in season to steadily grow the business
• Sitescrubing - meaning that you live-check if our Hunkemöller product is being presented in the best way, and have a sneak at what the competition is doing
• Updating brand shops for our partners Amazon and Zalando
• Creating infographics to improve the customer journey on our partner platforms

About you!

• You are passionate about fashion and your strong interest and knowledge concerning E-Commerce. If you are also passionate about collaborations with online marketplaces, than this is the(!) internship for you
• You've finished the first semesters of your HBO/Bachelors/Masters studies 3rd or 4th year.
• You are familiar with excel
• You're fluent in English
• Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues and partners
• Highly motivated to learn and develop
• You're available for at least 32 hours to work on your internship tasks (max 1 day to spend on school assignments, -projects or thesis)

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For This Internship, You Need To Be Available For 5 Months Starting In February 2027. Please Note That Your Application Will Only Be Considered If You Are Enrolled At a School Or University For The Full Duration Of The Internship. Additionally, To Comply With Dutch Law, One Of The Following Must Apply

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
