Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics HQ in Amsterdam is looking for a grounded Brand Agency Intern to join the in-house Creative Agency from February 2027 for a 6-month period (32-40 hours per week). You will support the production team in photography and film shoots and help maintain the visual identity of Rituals worldwide.

You will also assist the creative team with a range of tasks across ongoing projects, coordinating with photographers, stylists, models, and locations to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

We’re looking for a grounded and confident Brand Agency Intern to join Rituals Cosmetics HQ in Amsterdam from February 2027 for a period of 6 months (32-40 hours per week). You will primarily support the production team of the Brand Agency in the preparation and execution of photography and film shoots for the Rituals brand, helping to create and maintain our visual identity worldwide. In addition, you will support the creative agents with a variety of all-round tasks across ongoing projects.

Your Accountabilities

As a Brand Agency Intern, you will support the production team in the planning, preparation and execution of photo and video shoots. You will help manage the photography and film database, maintain and expand our network of photographers, stylists, models and locations, and coordinate product samples throughout the production process. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
