Job summary

OrbusNeich Medical Company Ltd. seeks a Staff Accountant in Hoevelaken, Netherlands, to maintain ledgers, ensure accurate entries, and support IFRS reporting across multiple entities.

You will work with Finance, Cost Center Managers, auditors, and our Hong Kong Head Office, gaining exposure to international accounting operations, tax compliance, budgeting, and strategic finance projects.

Qualifications

• HBO/-equivalent degree in finance or accounting is required or an MBO+ with accounting background.
• Experience with IFRS reporting and cost accounting is essential.
• Strong Excel skills and IFRS knowledge are required for monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor general ledgers for multiple entities in Exact Globe.
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and posting in the correct period.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and bank transactions timely and accurately.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and address discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts and tax filings as needed.
• Participate in audits by preparing documentation and answering auditor requests.
• Provide insights into variances and trends through financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cost center managers and finance team to drive improvements.
