Sandenburg Experiences seeks an experienced International Project Manager to lead global brand experiences. You will translate design into tangible builds, coordinating on-site and remote teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multi-disciplinary stages.
This role demands travel, detailed planning, and strong client liaison skills. You will collaborate with Design Leads, manage tendering/contracting, production, logistics and installation, acting as the agency’s on-site
World class experiences for brands, leisure, and retail
Our mission? Creating value for brands through memorable experiences. With over 25 years in the game, we’ve created spaces for legends like the Heineken Experience, Tony’s Chocolonely, the Gouda Cheese Experience, and VodafoneZiggo. Our studio is on the verge of realizing some of the agencies most ambitious international projects in leisure, brand experience, and retail. These amazing challenges require sound project management throughout its entire execution. If you have extensive experience in managing international (build) projects, a sharp eye for detail, you love travelling abroad, and thrive within a fast-paced creative environment, this role is made for you. Let’s make magic together!
Are you up for the challenge?
The International Project Manager ensures the flawless execution of international creative projects. You’ll translate design into reality and create the conditions for smooth construction, production, and installation with the client, subcontractors, and experience builders. You’ll ensure that planning, budget, quality, and safety are monitored from distance and on-site, and that all parties involved know what’s expected of them. You’ll work closely with the Design Leads and serve as the link between the creative team, technology, suppliers, and the client. While the Design Lead focuses on art direction during this phase, you’ll focus on execution: tendering and contracting, production management, purchasing, logistics, assembly, and delivery. Together, you’ll be ultimately responsible for the high-quality and timely completion of the project and will be the representative of the agency on-site.
