Did Another Thing, Amsterdam, is seeking a full-time Project Manager (40 hours per week) to be our first permanent team member. You’ll be the linchpin between clients, creatives and partners, guiding projects from briefing to delivery, setting up budgets and timelines, and safeguarding quality from start to finish.

You’ll work directly with the founders in a small, fast-growing agency, often juggling shoots and pitches.

Did Another Thing is a full-service creative agency rooted in pop culture. We're the natural outcome of a decade spent crafting campaigns and activations at the intersection of music, nightlife, youth culture and sports. With an extensive network of tastemakers and creatives, we turn brand ambitions into meaningful experiences and make clients like Dolby, Jack Daniel's, Jägermeister, Thuisbezorgd.nl and Viaplay part of their audience's world.

Our work ranges from creating TV commercials with Max Verstappen and Jaap Stam to producing event activations and influencer invites. We build global campaigns - often with artists - that come to life through social, PR and a broad range of media partners. We produce fashion items, curate brand events with DJs like Jeff Mills, KI/KI and Armin van Buuren, and do plenty of other work that simply makes us happy.

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager (40 hours per week) to become our first permanent team member.

What you’ll do

You're the linchpin between clients, creatives and partners. You'll guide projects from briefing to delivery, set up budgets and timelines, and safeguard quality from start to finish. As our first permanent hire alongside a group of regular freelancers, you'll take on a central role in a young and fast-growing organisation, working directly with the founders. At heart, you're a Project Manager, but the role is broad. You might find yourself on a shoot in the morning and working on a pitch for a new client in the afternoon. There's plenty of freedom and room to bring your own ideas and initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

Experience in project management is a strong plus. We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience - as a self-employed entrepreneur or agency / client side - but your drive and curiosity outweigh experience alone.

You have a connection to the worlds we work in: music, culture, sports, fashion, lifestyle, tech and everything in between. You have a sharp eye for what's happening in those worlds and spot culture and trends before they go mainstream. You're a strong communicator, have an eye for commercial opportunities between the lines, and don't shy away from juggling multiple projects at once.
