Framo is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to coordinate international marine service projects. You will plan, prepare, coordinate, and follow up on assignments from customer requests through execution and administrative completion, ensuring safety and compliance with Framo standards.

You’ll bridge customers, service technicians and internal teams, sharing technical knowledge and guiding inspections on board vessels.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• Technical affinity with marine equipment or mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, coordinate, and supervise service projects worldwide.
• Manage the technical and operational aspects of assigned service projects.
• Prepare service quotations and communicate with customers about requests and progress.
• Coordinate service activities with technicians, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor planning, execution, and progress to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Provide updates and reports on ongoing service projects.
• Support and guide service technicians in inspections on board vessels.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to coaching within the team.
• Ensure activities comply with Framo standards, procedures, and safety rules.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
