Job summary

HousingAnywhere Group is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR function across the Netherlands and France. You will mentor a small HR team, manage payroll processes, and drive analytics and process improvements with a strong labor-law and operational focus.

You will work from Rotterdam HQ, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) and regular interactions with our French offices. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch/French language skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in HR with leadership of a small team.
• Experience with Dutch HR and labor legislation is required; French HR is a strong plus.
• Strong payroll knowledge, especially Dutch payroll; French payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of 3 HR professionals.
• Oversee Dutch and French payroll processes and monthly runs.
• Lead HR analytics, audits, and process improvements across NL and FR offices.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and French labor laws and visa/work permit procedures.
