Job summary

Rostudios in Amsterdam is seeking a Financial Accountant & Controller to own the full accounting cycle for two countries (Netherlands and Belgium) and manage payroll for one country. You will support month-end and year-end closes, prepare financial reports, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing, data-driven finance team.

Fluent English is required; experience with Exact or similar systems is a plus, and you’ll thrive in a hands-on, autonomous role across an international brand focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/financial control.
• Experience with payroll administration and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting process for two countries (Netherlands and Belgium).
• Support month-end and year-end closings and audits.
• Oversee payroll cycle for one country and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports with accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link finances to operations.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
