Job summary

Rostudios is expanding its finance team and seeking a Junior Financial Accountant & Controller to manage the full accounting cycle for the Netherlands and Belgium, support month-end and year-end closes, and take ownership of payroll in one country. This role offers hands-on responsibility and exposure to international operations within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or a similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and month-end processes.
• Experience with payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting process for two countries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Support year-end audit activities and provide accurate documentation to external auditors.
• Oversee and execute the payroll cycle for one country, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect financial outcomes to operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and financial workflows.
• Contribute to the overall enhancement of the finance function as Rostudios scales internationally.
