Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms is seeking an experienced Business Controller to support our international Controlling team and provide financial support for operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will ensure integrity of financial reporting, drive performance, and partner with the business to deliver insights for growth and informed decision-making.

The role involves budgeting, monthly close, variance analysis, and CapEx forecasting within a dynamic international finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
5-10 years of experience.
Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and perform the yearly Budgeting and Midterm Planning in close collaboration with the international Controlling Team.
Prepare and coordinate the monthly closing process including the review of revenue recognition, accrual requirements, cost checks and reconciliations.
Perform variance analyses and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow by overseeing timely invoicing and payment processes.
Perform Controlling on CapEx spend, profitability checks and Forecast CapEx expenditures.
