Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms in the Netherlands and Belgium seeks an experienced Business Controller to support our international Controlling team and provide financial insight for growth. You will ensure reporting integrity, drive performance, and partner with the business to deliver value.

The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems. We offer a dynamic international finance environment and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 5–10 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems, financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform yearly Budgeting and Midterm Planning with the international Controlling Team.
• Coordinate monthly closing processes including revenue recognition, accruals and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analyses and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow by overseeing invoicing and payments.
• Oversee CapEx spend; assess profitability and forecast CapEx expenditures.
