Job summary
Bolton International in Diegem (BE) or Rotterdam (NL) seeks a Business Controller to join the Finance & Logistics team. You will be the financial backbone for Belgium and the Netherlands, delivering accurate monthly closings, management reporting, and acting as sparring partner to country management and Sales.
You will own the full monthly closing cycle, prepare NAV dashboards, budgets, and latest estimates for BE & NL, manage off-invoice bonuses, customer credits, refresh Benelux sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business controlling or financial controlling.
- Experience with multi-country BE/NL or multinational FMCG environments is a plus.
- Proficient Excel and ERP experience; familiarity with group reporting tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly closing cycle for BE and NL and deliver dashboards.
- Prepare budgets and latest estimates; contribute to Bolton Business Plan.
- Manage off-invoice bonuses, retro discounts, and customer credits.
- Maintain Benelux sales dashboards and reporting files for Sales.
