Job summary

CSC in Amsterdam seeks a Client Payroll Specialist to deliver outsourced payroll services to international clients, with emphasis on Danish payroll. You will own a Danish client portfolio, handle data processing, payslips, payments, reports and reconciliations, while delivering excellent service and relationship management.

The role offers exposure to international payroll environments, collaboration across service teams, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working in client payroll, payroll bureau, payroll outsourcing, or payroll services.
• Strong client service and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration for a portfolio of Danish clients.
• Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute payslips.
• Support salary payments and payroll-related transactions.
• Produce payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations for clients.
• Assist clients with HR matters including pensions, absence, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high service levels.
• Participate in onboarding new clients as experience develops.
