Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Master's programme in Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Drug Innovation, Pharmacy, or another relevant discipline in the Netherlands.
• This internship must be a mandatory component of your degree for graduation.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• During your internship, you will implement a tumor growth inhibition model within Genmab's translational PBPK/PD framework.
• Compile, curate, and analyze in vitro, preclinical, and clinical data to support translational modeling.
• Compare in vitro-only and combined in vitro/in vivo strategies for predicting efficacious patient exposure.
• Investigate opportunities to reduce or refine preclinical animal studies through quantitative modeling.
• Present your findings through clear reports and presentations to colleagues within the team.
