Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month contract, with flexibility to work in Utrecht, Netherlands or Copenhagen, Denmark, on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to attract top talent across functions, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

This role supports hiring across European sites and collaborates with the broader Global Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR with recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting within Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including intake, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with Genmab policies and local regulations.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication.
• Share market insights and recruitment trends to inform hiring decisions.
• Support recruitment for permanent and contingent roles; collaborate with external agency partners as needed.

The Role

As Genmab continues to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and colleagues across our global organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition Team Manager, you will support hiring across our sites in Europe while partnering with our broader global TA team.

This position can be based in either Utrecht, Netherlands or Copenhagen, Denmark, with a hybrid working model that combines time in the office with remote working.

This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months to cover a colleague's leave of absence. While an extension is not anticipated, any future continuation of the role will depend on the department's needs at that time.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping to continuously improve our hiring practices and candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and Workday transactions.
• Building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Conducting role briefings with Hiring Managers to align on candidate profiles, timelines, and hiring expectations.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Supporting recruitment for both permanent and contingent (contract) positions, including collaboration with external agency partners where appropriate.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and relationship management.
• Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with Genmab policies, local employment regulations, and hiring best practices.
• Sharing market insights and recruitment trends to help Hiring Managers make informed hiring decisions.
• Contributing to recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
• Collaborating with the wider Global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and provide support during periods of fluctuating hiring volume.

Ideally, You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources with significant recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and influence Hiring Managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across a global organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
