Job summary

NZA New Zealand Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic Product Development & Production Intern to support the product developers and production teams in bringing seasonal collections to life at our Amsterdam-North HQ.

You will gain hands-on experience in garment creation, collaborate with design, sourcing, and suppliers, and contribute to quality checks, data management, and process improvements. This internship requires you to be enrolled at a school or university.

Qualifications

• Must be registered at a school or university.
• Studying in fashion/product development or related field.
• Willingness to work across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

As our Product Development & Production Intern, you’ll are supporting the product developers in bringing our seasonal collections to life, supporting our creative and production teams every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Hands-on in Garment Creation:Help design, shape, and streamline the process that turns concepts into high-quality garments, ensuring each piece meets our brand standards and speaks to our audience.
• Collaborative Work:Work closely with different departments and external partners to manage every detail. You’ll be the go-to for communicating updates and keeping everyone on the same page.
• Feedback & Quality Checks:Pop into our stores to see garments in action, gather real-world feedback, and provide updates that help us keep our standards high.
• Support & Learn:Dive into everything from process improvements to managing product data and ensuring it’s organized and shared with everyone who needs it.

Daily Tasks:

• Work with Design & Creative teams to organize product info and track progress.
• Suggest ideas for new products, sustainability, better pricing, and more.
• Communicate with suppliers and teams on specs and updates.
• Help with samples, reports, and various projects.
• Join fit sessions and help the Quality team assess materials
