Intern - Human Resources

Your Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection Support

  • Support in the recruitment processes and adhere to the recruitment policies and procedures
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews with the shortlisted applicants and interview panel
  • Plan and communicate to selected candidates on specific date and location of interviews
  • Ensure interview panel have all necessary documentation relating to the interview
  • Ability to manage high volumes of application
  • Plan and coordinate new employee onboarding i.e. employment forms, office access

Filing

  • Ensure all employee files have the necessary documentation as per the personal file checklist
  • Ensure filing of relevant employee records is done in a timely manner

EY Ripples

  • Coordinate activities of the NextGen program
  • Convene meetings with the various committees whenever necessary – e.g progress updates, approvals etc
  • Contact person with the NextGen Parents & Schools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field.
  • Ongoing CHRP studies is desirable
  • Excellent Computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
