Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Intern for Employee Experience, Culture and Listening in Amsterdam. You will assist the team with listening to JETers and translating feedback into ideas, while supporting culture programmes and messages across markets.

You will learn how a global people team operates with strong guidance, gaining hands-on experience in research, data analysis and programme delivery within a fast‑paced, international environment.

About this role

We look after how it feels to work here, from someone's first day to their last. We shape our culture, and we listen closely to what JETers tell us so we can act on it.

As our intern, you'll work alongside the team on real projects. You'll help us listen to JETers and understand how they're really feeling, then turn what they tell us into ideas we can act on. You'll also help with the culture programmes and messages that reach people in every market. It's a hands‑on role and a great way to learn how a global people team works, with plenty of support along the way.

What will you bring to the team?

• Currently enrolled as a university student (any field welcome, though business, HR, psychology, communications or social sciences may be particularly relevant)
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a great place to work
• Clear, friendly writing and the ability to share your ideas effectively with people at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious mindset with a knack for asking good questions and learning continuously
• Commitment to inclusion and recognition that people experience work in different ways
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents
