Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a motivated student intern to support our Employee Experience, Culture and Listening team. You’ll help listen to colleagues, translate feedback into ideas, and assist with culture programmes across markets.

This hands-on role offers exposure to global people teams, with learning opportunities in research, data analysis and change management, under strong mentorship in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student (any field welcome, though business, HR, psychology, communications or social sciences may be particularly relevant)
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a great place to work
• Clear, friendly writing and the ability to share your ideas effectively with people at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious mindset with a knack for asking good questions and learning continuously
• Commitment to inclusion and recognition that people experience work in different ways
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents

Responsibilities

As our intern, you'll work alongside the team on real projects. You'll help us listen to JETers and understand how they're really feeling, then turn what they tell us into ideas we can act on. You'll also help with the culture programmes and messages that reach people in every market. It's a hands-on role and a great way to learn how a global people team works, with plenty of support along the way.
