Just Eat Takeaway.com is looking for an intern to support the Employee Experience, Culture and Listening team. You will help listen to JETers, translate feedback into actionable ideas, and assist on culture programmes reaching teams globally.

The role offers hands-on exposure to research, data analysis and behaviour change, with strong mentorship and learning opportunities across a global platform.

• Currently enrolled as a university student (any field welcome; business, HR, psychology, communications or social sciences may be relevant).
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a great place to work.
• Clear, friendly writing and ability to share ideas effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

As our intern, you'll work alongside the team on real projects. You'll help us listen to JETers and understand how they're really feeling, then turn what they tell us into ideas we can act on. You'll also help with the culture programmes and messages that reach people in every market. It's a hands-on role and a great way to learn how a global people team works, with plenty of support along the way.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Contribute to employee experience work, from onboarding to key moments in the JETer journey

What will you bring to the team?

• Currently enrolled as a university student (any field welcome, though business, HR, psychology, communications or social sciences may be particularly relevant)

• Curious mindset with a knack for asking good questions and learning continuously
• Commitment to inclusion and recognition that people experience work in different ways
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents
