Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a motivated university student intern to join our Employee Experience, Culture and Listening team. You’ll help listen to JETers, turn feedback into actionable ideas, and support culture programmes with real impact across markets.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in research, data analysis and change communications while contributing to onboarding moments, culture-building events and global projects. A supportive team will guide you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student in any field.
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a great place to work.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Curious mindset with ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to inclusion and belonging.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to employee experience work, from onboarding to key moments in the JETer journey.
• Gather feedback through surveys and conversations, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bring our culture to life through programmes and events, from planning to follow-up.
• Help pilot new ways of working that could shape how JETers work globally.
• Own a global project from start to finish, with full team backing.

As our intern, you'll work alongside the team on real projects. You'll help us listen to JETers and understand how they're really feeling, then turn what they tell us into ideas we can act on. You'll also help with the culture programmes and messages that reach people in every market. It's a hands-on role and a great way to learn how a global people team works, with plenty of support along the way.

What will you bring to the team?

• Currently enrolled as a university student (any field welcome, though business, HR, psychology, communications or social sciences may be particularly relevant)
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a great place to work
• Clear, friendly writing and the ability to share your ideas effectively with people at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious mindset with a knack for asking good questions and learning continuously
• Commitment to inclusion and recognition that people experience work in different ways
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents
