Job summary

Studio RAP is seeking a proactive business development intern to help find, reach, and manage clients for our ceramic architecture projects in Rotterdam. You will work directly with the co-founder to execute sales and outreach strategies, building relationships with luxury brands and architecture firms.

In this role you will research prospects, maintain a target list, manage our pipeline using CRM, and help prepare pitches and proposals. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Interest in sales / business development with a hands-on, commercial mindset.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication; fluent in English (Dutch a plus).
• Strong organization and comfort with CRM and outreach tools.
• Interest in architecture, design, and high-end brands.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a named target list of high-end prospects (luxury retail brands, hospitality developers, architecture firms).
• Research prospects and decision-makers; prepare personalised outreach on LinkedIn and by email.
• Manage our pipeline/CRM so every lead is followed up and nothing goes cold.
• Coordinate and track sample shipments—from box sent to call booked to pitch.
• Help prepare pitches, proposals, and meeting preparations for prospective clients.
• Qualify incoming leads to focus on right design-and-build projects.
