Job summary

Henkel Netherlands invites an enthusiastic intern to join Adhesive Technologies Strategy / Business Development in Amsterdam. You will help design AI agents for supply chain, collect requirements from global teams, and build impact-focused AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Databricks and Celonis.

You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise AI, participate in process mining, create training materials, and engage with senior stakeholders across BeNeLux.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field.
• Passion for AI, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Curious with willingness to learn and experiment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL or process mining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Supply Chain AI agents using Copilot Studio.
• Gather requirements from global teams and translate to AI solutions.
• Build RAG-based and task-oriented AI assistants to automate work.
• Explore Databricks for Agentic AI development.
• Connect Databricks with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Create Celonis dashboards and process intelligence solutions.
• Translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify improvements via analytics.
