Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking two AI & Supply Chain Optimization Interns to join the Den Bosch, Netherlands team. You will apply cutting-edge AI tools to support real-world planning and optimization challenges across Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing, while learning from senior domain experts.

You will work closely with an intern peer and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, gaining hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions and automation that support real business

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science or another related quantitative/technical field
• Professional-level English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs, code-generation tools, workflow automation)
• Academic or hands-on understanding of Supply Chain Planning & Optimization principles
• Interest in Rail Planning, Workforce Scheduling, Logistics Operations or Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

• Leverage modern AI tools to build, automate, and refine solutions for supply chain planning
• Create interactive demos and generate test cases for internal and client stakeholders
• Assist senior team members in designing, modelling and validating supply chain solutions
• Apply analytical models to industry-specific challenges across Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing
• Present findings and automated workflows clearly to global stakeholders
• Collaborate with a peer intern in NL to brainstorm solutions and review work

Job description

We are looking for two driven, curious, and tech‑savvy AI & Supply Chain Optimization Interns to join our Supply Chain Optimization team in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.

As part of the team, you will apply cutting‑edge AI tools to support real‑world planning and optimization challenges across Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing, while gaining valuable hands‑on experience.

In this role, you will work closely with senior domain experts and a fellow intern in a collaborative environment that encourages peer learning, knowledge sharing and problem‑solving. From your first day, you will receive direct mentorship from experienced team members while collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds across our global organization.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Leverage modern AI tools and techniques to build, automate, and refine:
• Interactive solution capability demos for internal and client stakeholders
• Test case generation and test automation workflows
• Standard project, system, and process documentation
• Assist senior team members in designing, modeling and validating supply chain planning solutions
• Apply analytical models to industry‑specific challenges in Rail, Workforce, Logistics and Manufacturing operations
• Present findings, proof‑of‑concept demos and automated workflows clearly to cross‑functional global stakeholders
• Actively communicate, coordinate and collaborate with global team members from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Work closely with your intern peer in the NL office to brainstorm solutions, share knowledge, review work and tackle complex tasks together

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science or another related quantitative or technical field
• Professional‑level English, both written and spoken
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs, code‑generation tools, workflow automation) to streamline documentation, create demos and generate test cases.
• Academic or hands‑on understanding of Supply Chain Planning & Optimization principles
• Knowledge of or strong interest in at least one of the following domains:
• Rail Planning / Workforce Scheduling / Logistics Operations
• Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully and effectively across a global team of diverse cultures, time zones and language backgrounds
• Proactive, collaborative, open‑minded and eager to learn directly from senior industry leaders and peers in an international environment
