Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of Financial Control experience in an international environment.
• Experience as Senior Financial Controller in an international setting.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day financial control activities within the Benelux business.
• Act as a trusted business partner and sparring partner to management and key stakeholders.
• Drive and finalize ongoing audit activities for the Belgian entity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist with month-end close activities, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations.
• Collaborate with accounting, payroll, controlling, and cash collection teams.
• Support internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with Group Finance and international stakeholders on various finance initiatives.
