Job summary

JPGray - Netherlands is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Financial Controller to join its growing international team in Moordrecht. The role focuses on maintaining financial continuity, partnering with management, and delivering hands-on support across the finance function during a key transition.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–4 years in financial control, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Background in Audit, with 2-4 years of Financial Control experience.
• Experience as Senior Financial Controller in an international environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day financial control activities within the Benelux business.
• Act as a trusted business partner and sparring partner to management and key stakeholders.
• Drive and finalize ongoing audit activities for the Belgian entity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist with month-end close activities, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations.
• Work with accounting, payroll, controlling, and cash collection teams.
• Support internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with Group Finance and international stakeholders on finance initiatives.
