Linklaters Amsterdam zoekt een interim Teamleader Operations om dagelijks de kantooroperatie te organiseren en processen continu te verbeteren. Je stuurt de Operations- en Reception-teams aan en bewaakt servicekwaliteit, facilitaire processen en leveranciersrelaties.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor budgetbewaking, veiligheid, en coördinatie met partners en externe leveranciers. Een mbo- of hbo-diploma, plus ervaring in teamleiding en dienstverlening, is vereist.
Interim Teamleader Operations Linklaters LLP is een van ’s werelds toonaangevende internationale advocatenkantoren, met ongeveer 2.900 advocaten verspreid over 29 kantoren in 20 rechtsgebieden. Linklaters is sinds 2004 ook gevestigd in Nederland. Linklaters Amsterdam bestaat momenteel uit 81 advocaten, onder wie 11 partners. Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een interim Teamleader Operations. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en soepel laten verlopen van de operationele processen binnen onze kantoororganisatie. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van een collega die momenteel afwezig is. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega’s, cliënten en bezoekers dagelijks kunnen rekenen op een professionele, efficiënte en gastvrije kantooromgeving. Als interimTeamleader Operations heb je een brede en zichtbare rol binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van de teams Operations en Reception en voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening op het gebied van office management, hospitality, leveranciersmanagement, facilitaire processen en werkplekervaring. Je werkt nauw samen met partners, advocaten, senior stakeholders, business teams en externe dienstverleners.
