Job summary

Vlisco Netherlands seeks an Interim Project Manager for New Product Development to coordinate several new product development projects from start to finish. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while aligning with partners across disciplines.

This interim assignment starts ASAP and runs until approximately the end of July or 1 August 2027, three days per week, with at least two days on-site in Helmond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, product development, engineering or related field.
• At least five years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end new product development from ideation to market launch within scope, budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and resources.
• Gather stakeholder information and translate into clear project plans and timelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery of activities and deliverables by all parties.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and effective cross-team communication.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation, escalate when needed.
• Organise project retrospectives to capture lessons learned.
