Job summary

Vlisco is seeking an Interim Project Manager for New Product Development to coordinate several NPD projects from ideation to market launch. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management and a sharp focus on deadlines and budgets.

Starting as soon as possible, this three-day-per-week assignment includes at least two days on-site in Helmond and runs until approximately 1 August 2027. You will work with colleagues across disciplines to deliver a structured development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level in a relevant field.
• At least five years of project management experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Focus on deadlines, budgets and delivering results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Dutch/French a plus.
• Availability to start asap and work three days per week, on-site in Helmond.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end new product development from ideation to market launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and resources.
• Gather information from stakeholders and translate into clear plans and timelines.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time across teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders on portfolio progress.
• Identify risks and mitigations, escalate issues when needed.
• Organise retrospectives to identify lessons learned for the organisation.
