Job summary

Vlisco is seeking an Interim Project Manager for New Product Development to coordinate multiple NPD projects from ideation to market launch. The role requires strong coordination across disciplines, maintaining timelines and budgets, and delivering results for three days per week with on-site presence in Helmond.

You will lead project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure clear communication among stakeholders, with English fluency and a willingness to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level in business, product development, engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• A strong focus on deadlines, budgets and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Availability to start as soon as possible and work three days per week, preferably three days on-site in Helmond.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating end-to-end new product development from ideation to market launch.
• Developing and maintaining project plans with milestones and resources.
• Gathering information from stakeholders and translating into clear timelines.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of activities and deliverables.
• Facilitating regular project meetings and cross-team communication.
• Providing status updates on the portfolio and project risks.
• Identifying risks and mitigation measures, escalating issues when needed.
• Organising retrospectives and sharing lessons across the organisation.
