Job summary

Eastman is seeking an Integrated Planner for the Rotterdam site to define and execute the master production schedule (MPS) and balance supply, inventory, and demand through close collaboration with demand planners, manufacturing leaders, and regional sales teams.

Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This role supports the 24‑month IBP plan and requires strong SAP, advanced planning skills, and experience with Power BI analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as required; Supply Chain Management degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in forecasting, supply chain, manufacturing, and/or business.
• Strong SAP and advanced planning software skills (OMP preferred); experience with solvers is advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI tools and analytics.
• APICS, CPIM, or CSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a detailed master production schedule (MPS) to support the business strategy.
• Monitor and optimize supply plans to maximize value and minimize costs.
• Contribute to the IBP process and support the Supply Manager in developing the 24‑month supply plan.
• Interface with Materials Handling, Manufacturing, Logistics, QA, Receiving, and Purchasing on procurement issues.
• Provide forecasts to procurement based on MPS or S&OP plans.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee aged or blocked inventories.
