Job summary

Eastman seeks an Integrated Planner to define and execute the master production schedule at the Rotterdam site and support IBP processes. The role collaborates with demand, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales across regions to balance supply and demand.

You will manage detailed planning, inventory, and 24-month supply planning, ensuring uninterrupted supply and optimal asset use. Location options include Rotterdam or Estonia, with cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; SCM degree preferred.
• 3+ years forecasting, supply chain, manufacturing, or business experience.
• Strong SAP and advanced planning software knowledge; OMP preferred; solvers beneficial.
• Experience with Power BI analytics.
• Knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes.
• APICS, CPIM or CSCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed master production schedule (MPS).
• Balance supply, inventory and demand across sites and regions.
• Support IBP and 24-month supply planning processes.
• Interface with procurement, logistics, QA, and manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Identify and communicate variances from the plan and propose alternatives.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
