Qualifications

• PhD in Integrated Photonics, Microelectronics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in integrated photonics design and development.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary integrated photonics team.
• Own the end-to-end photonic hardware stack and platform strategy.
• Drive platform and PDK development focusing on fabrication-robust design.
