A leading photonics company in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Test and Measurement Engineer to develop and optimize production test procedures for Photonic chips. You will be responsible for overseeing your projects, analyzing data, and developing processes in collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in test methods and programming skills in Python/C/C++. This role offers the opportunity for career growth in a vibrant high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with new test and measurement methods introduction and volume production.
• Understanding the photonics test and characterization methods.
• Experience supporting a semiconductor operations team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and maintain procedures to test and measure.
• Develop new test and verification methodologies.
• Define, set up, and execute experiments to identify causes of deviation.

Skills

BSc or MSc degree in electronics or physics
