Job summary

Strategy&, part of PwC, Amsterdam, seeks a Manager/Director to lead the Insurance Practice, shaping strategy and driving growth for clients. You will guide complex analyses, develop sound storylines, and collaborate across PwC’s global network to transform strategy into execution.

We value a strong financial services background, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop client relationships, coach teams, and contribute to thought leadership within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Background in financial services and knowledge of key strategic themes.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, e.g., at a strategy consultancy or financial services institution (preferably insurance).
• Analytically strong with excellent written communication and clear presentation.
• Experience with project and/or team management.
• Ability to work in a team, with a healthy dose of humor.
• Emerging network of potential clients to shape the industry.

Responsibilities

• Offer insurance and broking client’s insight into complex issues by substantiated, objective advice.
• Take ownership of (part of) the project, including content delivery and project management.
• Work together with a team of colleagues and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with PwC network in the Netherlands and internationally to bridge strategy through execution.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership while building your professional brand.
