Job summary

INSHUR is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate to support Dutch and European operations on a fully remote basis within the Netherlands, reporting to the Netherlands Director. The role offers a path from front-line support to broader operational impact, including product launches, reporting, and audits, with occasional in-person collaboration in Brighton.

You will enable product launches, manage regulatory timelines, support partnerships, and own inquiries through year-end, then expand

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with daily communication across local partners and global team.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy anatomy, exclusions, schedules, and MGA vs broker.
• High autonomy and accountability; you take ownership and figure things out.

Responsibilities

• Enable product launches by assisting the Director with new commercial products and pricing revamps.
• Safeguard compliance by managing the complaints register and meeting Dutch regulatory timelines.
• Support strategic partnerships by building decks and materials for partner meetings.
• Temporarily take front-line operations, owning broker and customer inquiries through year-end.
• Context-switch daily between broker emails, marketing support, and data for internal audits.
