Job summary

Insify is seeking a technical leader to join the Insurance Platform team in Amsterdam. You will own end-to-end discovery and delivery of platform features that enable scaling as we grow across Europe, with live policies and real customers in production.

You will design modular, reusable platform abstractions rather than glue code, collaborating with Product and Engineering (30+ people) plus Claims and Activation teams to support multiple countries and insurance products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building complex web applications and services with production ownership.
• Experience applying domain-driven design and service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to leverage AI effectively in daily work and articulate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end discovery and delivery of core platform features for scaling across countries and product lines.
• Translate new product demands into scalable platform capabilities and extend across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help others challenge ideas to improve the platform.
