Job summary

Monex Europa S.L in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of institutional clients across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets, driving revenue and building lasting relationships.

You will lead the full sales cycle, present bespoke FX solutions to CFOs and treasurers, collaborate with trading desks, and network at industry events to expand the client base while meeting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years institutional sales experience in FX or equivalent
• Established network within institutional market
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong technical understanding of financial products and market dynamics
• Confident communicator and relationship builder at a senior level
• Self-starter with ability to manage a busy pipeline independently

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through targeted outreach, networking, and attendance at industry conferences
• Present bespoke solutions to senior decision-makers including CFOs, treasurers, and portfolio managers
• Lead the full sales cycle independently: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Partner with trading and structuring desks to deliver tailored execution and hedging solutions to clients
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets

Job Overview

The Sales Executive is a mid-tier role for a proven sales professional who can independently manage client relationships and drive revenue. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams. Looking for someone passionate about Capital Markets and who has an entrepreneurial mindset.
