Monex Group is seeking an FX Dealer for the Dutch Market to execute client orders in FX Spot, Forwards and Options. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, managing market and counterparty risk, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, with a track record in a regulated investment firm and deep FX knowledge. You will work with trading and sales teams to deliver suitable FX solutions and hedge strategies for Dutch

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience in a regulated investment firm is required.
• Strong track record with Dutch clients and senior-level capability.
• Deep knowledge of FX markets and regulatory environments.
• Ability to manage risk and compliance within a regulated framework.

Responsibilities

• Understand Monex market position and client needs to provide suitable trading services.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and onboard clients appropriately.
• Monitor economic conditions and their impact on Monex and clients.
• Manage market risk, counterparty risk and operational risk in trading activity.
• Execute client orders with integrity and high service standards.
• Set up back-to-back trades with banking counterparties per policy.
• Record and maintain trading activity logs as required by policy.
• Identify and avoid conflicts of interest while maintaining client trust.
• Foster strong client relationships and mutual counterparty respect.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to support business development.

Our corporate client experience is further enhanced by our dedicated sector expertise across a range of industries. **Department Overview**The Trading department engages in financial market transactions and evaluates investment opportunities in currencies.
