Job summary

Quatt is actively seeking an Installation Success Manager to guide customers from quote to successful installation, ensuring a smooth, clear and enjoyable journey. You will proactively remove obstacles and work with Planning, Work Preparation and Installations to keep every day on track.

You’ll call customers after installation to gather feedback and resolve issues, while leveraging dashboards to spot bottlenecks and improve the process. Dutch fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and able to simplify complex steps.
• Excellent communication over the phone; Dutch fluency required.
• Proactive problem-solver who spots issues early.
• Able to manage multiple customer journeys with a clear overview.
• Comfort interpreting dashboards and data to drive actions.
• Collaborates across Planning, Work Preparation and Installations.
• Owns installation outcomes and delivers a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers from signed quote to successful installation.
• Proactively guide customers through preparation steps for installation day.
• Monitor the customer journey daily and remove obstacles.
• Coordinate with Planning, Work Preparation and Installations to keep on track.
• Call customers the day after installation to check and resolve issues.
• Oversee resolution when installation is not first-time right.
• Use tools and data to spot bottlenecks early and intervene.
• Ensure customers feel supported, informed and confident throughout their journey.
