Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead inspection plans and schedules based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, third-party inspectors, and regulators.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspection reports, certificates, and NCRs.
  • Ensure inspections comply with standards, policies, projects requirements and regulatory rules.
  • Lead identification, documentation, and resolution of non-conformances or quality issues.
  • Provide regular updates to project management, QA teams and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to meet project inspection standards.
  • Conduct training sessions on inspection protocols and quality standards.
  • Mentor and monitor the inspection coordinators' team and support activities.

Job description

  • As Lead Inspection Coordinator, you lead activities to ensure that all equipment, materials, and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing inspection activities to ensure compliance and safety.
Responsibilities
  • Inspection Planning: You develop and lead the implementation of inspection plans and schedules based on project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Coordination: You manage the coordination with internal teams, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate inspection activities.
  • Documentation: You maintain and lead the maintenance of comprehensive records of inspection reports, certificates, and non-conformance reports.
  • Compliance Monitoring: You ensure all inspections comply with industry standards, company policies, projects requirements and regulatory requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: You lead the identification, documentation, and facilitation of the resolution of non-conformances or quality issues.
  • Communication: You provide regular updates to the project management team, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders on inspection status and findings.
  • Vendor Liaison: You work with suppliers and contractors to ensure their inspection processes meet project standards.
  • Training: You conduct training sessions to the inspection teams on inspection protocols and quality standards' project specifics.
  • Mentoring: you mentor and monitor the inspection coordinators' team and support their activities as needed.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field, along with relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance.
Experience
  • Proven track-record in leading inspection coordination activities in the oil and gas or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
