Job summary

Alia Instruments, part of Demcon, seeks an inside sales / sales support specialist to manage the sales process from first contact to order processing. You will help strengthen online visibility and generate new leads, while coordinating with the sales team on quotations and customer communications.

You will work in an international environment, with Dutch and English communication skills essential and CRM experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level of working and thinking.
• Affinity with sales, marketing and customer contact.
• Excellent written communication in English; good Dutch skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online marketing activities and digital campaigns.
• Contribute ideas for marketing strategies, content and online visibility.
• Process and follow up on leads in the CRM system.
• Contact potential customers and gather relevant information.
• Prepare quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain customer relationships.
• Keep customers informed about order progress.
• Support export and transport documentation.
• Assist with order documentation and invoicing.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and telephone calls.
