Job summary

WhisperPower BV is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Dutch-speaking) to join our team in Drachten. You will support field sales with orders, quotations and enquiries, and serve as a main contact for existing customers and international distributors.

We're looking for someone with at least two years in a commercial role, fluent Dutch and good English, and a strong affinity for technology. You will utilize SAP/HubSpot/ERP tools and contribute to process improvements and customer service.

Qualifications

Requires MBO+/HBO level education.
At least two years of work experience in a comparable commercial position.
Fluent Dutch and good English; strong communication skills in both languages.
Affinity with technology and quick mastery of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized and work proactively.

Responsibilities

Process and follow up on customer orders.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Answer commercial inquiries by phone and email.
Maintain active contact with customers in Benelux and international distributors.
Spot commercial opportunities and follow up independently or with the account manager.
Coordinate with production and logistics on availability and deliveries.
Record and keep customer data up to date in CRM/ERP.
