World Wide Technology is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Sales Operations Inside Sales team in EMEA. You will interact with the WWT Account Management teams, authorised supply partners, end-user customers as well as other internal WWT Operational support teams.

The role requires a BA or related field and at least two years of sales or sales-support experience in IT, with familiarity with CCW CRM and internal systems.

Qualifications

• BA or related field or equivalent IT industry experience.
• Minimum of two years sales or sales support experience in IT.
• Experience with CCW CRM is preferable.
• Ability to effectively utilize WWT internal systems, tools and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requirements within stated time frames (quotes, orders, product info, order tracking).
• Proactively build knowledge of assigned accounts and strategic OEM products and services.
• Use WWT tools and partner-facing apps to configure solutions with manufacturers (e.g., Cisco, HPE, VMware).
• Understand direct and indirect sources of supply and quote/order processes.
