Job summary

Delta Electronics is seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales Intern to support its Industrial Automation business across France, Germany, United Kingdom and Rest of Europe regions, based in Helmond, the Netherlands. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, develop sales opportunities, prepare and follow up on quotations, and support the conversion of opportunities into orders.

Working closely with regional sales managers, distributors, and internal technical / customer support

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in business, sales, electrical engineering, industrial automation or related field.
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical components, electronics, drives or related technologies preferred.
• Familiarity with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, distributors and industrial end users.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong commercial awareness including pricing, gross margins, quotation management and sales conversion.
• Fluent English, and either French or German; other European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue and pipeline targets for the assigned regions.
• Interact with distributors and customers to identify, develop and convert opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations; support conversion to orders.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, distributors and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, manage forecasts and provide regular revenue reporting.
