Job summary

Hunter Douglas, based in Boxtel, Netherlands, is seeking a Portfolio Manager Insect Screens to shape strategy, roadmap and future direction for the insect screen portfolio. You will bridge engineering and commercial teams to ensure technically feasible and commercially successful solutions.

In this role you will own the full lifecycle, drive pricing and profitability, and support international expansion while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in product or portfolio management, preferably in technical/industrial environments.
• Strong strategic thinking to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with actionable insights.
• Proven ability to drive commercial success with sales teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong project management across complex development initiatives.
• Customer-oriented mindset translating needs into solutions.
• Technical affinity, mechanical background ideal.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the insect screen portfolio.
• Own the portfolio lifecycle from existing products to new developments and market introduction.
• Translate customer needs, market insights and competitive developments into clear product requirements.
• Drive commercial performance focusing on pricing, margins, profitability and portfolio growth.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Manage complex product development projects from ideation through to market introduction.
• Support Sales in introducing and scaling new solutions in the market.
• Ensure portfolio decisions are operationally sound and aligned with demand and supply chain capabilities.
• Contribute to international market expansion by adapting the portfolio to different geographies and segments.
