You will work with an international perspective, bridging engineering and commercial teams, own lifecycle from ideation to market introduction, and drive cross-functional leadership across markets and geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product or portfolio management within technical/industrial environments.
• Strong ability to define and execute product roadmaps and strategy.
• Data-driven approach with ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the insect screen portfolio.
• Own the portfolio throughout its full lifecycle, from existing products to new developments and market introduction.
• Translate customer needs, market insights and competitive developments into clear product requirements and propositions.
• Drive commercial performance by focusing on pricing, margins, profitability and portfolio growth.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Manage complex product development projects from ideation through to market introduction.
• Support Sales in introducing and scaling new solutions in the market.
• Ensure portfolio decisions are scalable and aligned with demand, product availability and supply chain capabilities.
• Contribute to international market expansion by adapting the portfolio to different geographies and customer segments.
